If you’ve been following along on the #PCbday celebrations for Peachfully Chic’s first blogiversary last month, you’ll know how busy I’ve been a busy girl! It was a wonderful time… and I absolutely LOVE planning fun events for everyone to enjoy, but…. IT. WAS. EXHAUSTING.
So when my fitness blogger buddies, Peachtree Roadies and Fit and Well Atlanta Belle invited me to workout and enjoy a day of wellness co-hosted with Stellar Bodies new location in midtown Atlanta, it sounded like just what the doctor ordered!
I have to admit… I was running late so I missed the initial class warm-up, but once I jumped in and started getting into the workout, it totally kicked my butt! While the workout completely pushed me to the limit, the team at Stellar Bodies was so encouraging and the environment really pumped me up!
We toured The Four Seasons spa and ended up in a quaint relaxation room where everyone enjoyed snacks, mimosas, and mini-shoulder massages. After such an intense workout, the massage really hit the spot! (Yes, I was sore for days after that workout….)
The cool thing about all the spa treatments (massages, manicures, pedicures, facials, etc) at The Four Seasons is that you not only get to enjoy a wonderful spa service in a beautiful environment, but you also get access to their gym, indoor pool, sundeck, locker room, and a few other features during your visit. I’d say that would definitely be worth having a morning massage or mani/pedi followed by some pool lounging???

This was a really fun experience to plan a girls wellness day out with some of Atlanta’s favorite fitness and lifestyle bloggers and of course it was fab catching up with the lovely ladies as per usual. I could definitely see this being a fun day to mimic for a bride and her of bridesmaids, or maybe next year when Mother’s Day roles around!
But truly spending a day with the girls, getting our
sweat glisten on with an intense workout, then relaxing at the spa really was refreshing and a great break from my hectic schedule. I really do encourage all of you to take a moment from your busy lives to pamper yourself in some way! Even if you’re not at a new workout class or spending time at the spa, it’s really important to make time for yourself!!!
So whether you are a native Atlantan looking for a place to spend a day toning that body or getting pampered, or you’re just traveling in from out of town, I suggest checking out a class or so at Stellar Bodies and then head to relax at The Four Seasons spa. (Just make sure you head towards the 12th Street location for Stellar Bodies if you’re planning to walk over to The Four Seasons afterward… my GPS didn’t recognize their new midtown location and it tried to send me to the Stellar Bodies on Roswell – hence my tardiness to class!)
So let me know if you’re down for another workout or a day of pampering… I’m in either way! And if you make it over or you’ve already been, let me know how your experience goes in the comments below!
