Although I already shared my recap with the full scoop and photos from my amazing first trip visiting southern Alabama, I had to share this video from the trip as well. It was such a magical weekend to get away and explore a new state, I was thrilled when the Grand Hotel Marriott Resort, Golf Club, & Spa invited me for a weekend of fun on the Mobile Bay. It’s so strange to think that although I grew up in East Georgia, I never ventured West to explore the state of Alabama right next door! Now that I’ve had a chance to visit, I know what I’ve been missing!
Taking in the most breathtaking sunset, enjoying great dining experiences, playing a round of golf, pampering myself at the spa, and catching my first polo match, I can honestly say that this was an amazing trip!
A genteel Southern vacation! Honestly makes me want to live there, not just visit! The video presents a welcoming, safe and relaxing town. Road trip anyone?
